Quick Start Guide for Speco Cloud Customer Web Portal
This is a step-by-step guide on using the Speco Cloud Customer Web Portal.
- Customer Mobile App
- The Speco Cloud Mobile App is available for both iOS and Android devices
- iOS users can download the app from the Apple App Store.
- Android users can download it from Google Play.
- The Speco Cloud Mobile App is available for both iOS and Android devices
- Logging into the Web Portal
- Go to the URL provided by your administrator.
- Example: techsupport200.specotech.cloud
- Log in with the username and password provided by your administrator.
- Once logged in, cameras will be displayed, with recordings highlighted in blue.
- Go to the URL provided by your administrator.
- Exporting Video
- Click on the two dots next to the camera you want to export footage from.
- Select the download button.
- A red icon will appear on the timeline, marking the video segments available for export.

- Click on the cloud icon to begin downloading the video.
- Go to the top-right corner of the page and click on username.
- In the dropdown, select the settings tab, and then click on download to retrieve video.
- Click on the two dots next to the camera you want to export footage from.
