      How to connect a SPIPH9AM IP speaker to a Blue series IP camera, enabling audio transmission

      By using the SPIPH9AM's audio-out to a 3.5mm male to RCA male cable from the camera to the speaker, you'll be able to transmit audio

       

      Step 1: 

      • Make sure to use a 3.5mm male to RCA male cable shown below
      • Connect from the camera 3.5mm Audio out port to the speaker RCA audio in port.
       

       

      Step 2: 

      Step 3:   

      • Once logged into the speaker
        • Select ➊ "Alarm"
        •  Select ➋ "Alarm In" choose a file to play. 
        • Select the Cycle mode, then save

      Step 4:   

      • Login to the Speco Blue NVR directly from the front panel, go to "Settings"

      • Then "AI / Event"

      Step 5:   

      • Choose line crossing.   
        • On the "Line Crossing" section please make sure it is set like this below.

      Step 6:   

      • Go to " Digital Deterrent"  

      Step 7:     

      • Got to  "Audio Device"  then select "LIN"

      Step 8:     

      • Click Apply
