      How to reset the password Speco Blue VMS software without having to Uninstall/Reinstall the program.

      If the Speco Blue VMS software password needs to be rest and the desired result is to not uninstall/reinstall the application follow these steps.

      PLEASE NOTE: 
      If the password/security questions are known, or the desired result is to  Uninstall /Reinstall the application please refer to this article.

       

       

      Step 1:

      Fill out and submit the the password reset request form. 

       

      Step 2:   

      Please open the Speco Blue VMS program and click on Reset Password

       

      Step 3:

      Select the option labeled "Dynamic Password" to proceed.

       

      Step 3: 

      Click on Dynamic Password

      Please provide the speco technician the following info from this page.     

      • CPU ID
      • MAC Address,
      • Current Time
      Once this information is provided,  a Dynamic password will be sent.
