How to Export Clips on Blue Series Recorders from a Web Browser

This article reviews how to export clips when accessing a recorder from connect.specotech.cloud or local IP address

Step 1: Access the Recorder

• Method 1: Connect.specotech.cloud
  • Open a web browser and go to connect.specotech.cloud
  • Log in using the QR code and recorder credentials (username and password)
    
    
    

• Method 2: Local IP Address
  
  • Enter the local IP address of the recorder
  • Then enter the username and password  of the recorder
    
    

Step 2: Open Playback Mode

• Click on the Playback tab on the top Menu Bar
  
  

Step 3: Select Cameras and Playback Time

• Choose the desired cameras, and select the date and time for the recording
• Click the Play button to start the playback
  
  

Step 4: Define Export Start and End Times

• Click the Start Scissors    to mark the start time for the export
• When you reach the desired end time, click the End Scissors      again to mark the end of the segment. The selected segment will be highlighted in white and red
  
  
• Click the Export        to begin downloading the file

Step 5: Download the File

• Choose the download location for the file on the computer and click OK
  • The file will start downloading, and a progress bar will display the export percentage
