Troubleshooting N64NR/N32NRE 'No Disk' Error

This is a brief article on troubleshooting unexplained 'No disk' HDD errors on the N64NR and N32NRE recorders.



  • If the recorder is producing a 'no disk' HDD error, please inspect the back right of the machine in the power area.
    • For the recorder to operate properly, this power switch must be set to 115.
    • Make sure the recorder is powered down before touching this power switch
